CONCENTRATE ON YOUR LOWER ABDOMINALS
It’s very common for people to over develop their upper
abdominals by doing hundreds of standard crunches. It’s
very important that you don’t do this. The lower
abdominal area is the most difficult place to get in shape,
so you should target that area and your upper abdominals
will naturally form. All the exercises in this guide are
specifically aimed to work the lower abdominal area.
EAT BEFORE YOU SLEEP
Getting a good nights sleep is very important in the quest
for a good body. It’s the only time you can completely rest
and repair the muscles you’ve worked during the day. So,
it’s essential that your body has something to work with
whilst sleeping. Imagine not eating for 8 hours (❨or however long you sleep)❩ during the day. Your body certainly wouldn’t be much good to you. Well the same applies
at night. I’m not talking about seconds before you sleep, but you should certainly try and aim to eat an
hour before the lights go out.



REDUCE YOUR BELLY FAT
No matter how hard you work on your abs, you wont see a
six pack until your belly fat is reduced. The reduction of
belly fat comes from two major factors: Increasing your
heart rate whilst exercising, which in
simple terms, means working damn hard!
The second factor is ensuring you have a healthy diet.
It needs to consist of low sugar, but also needs to be
something you can maintain. I do this by treating myself
once a week with what i like to call my ‘Binge day’. This
gives me the will power to stay motivated during the six
days when i’m eating healthy. It acts as a reminder
whenever temptation tries to creep it’s way in.

If you don’t have access to a gym, or you want to work solely on your
abdominal muscles, I’m about to explain exactly how you should perform these
ten lower abdominal exercises.
You can do this anywhere with a little bit of space. It would be helpful if you
have a mat or even a cushion to give more comfort to your back.
• Do every exercise you see in the list on the right until your
abdominal muscles simply can’t take anymore.
• Have a fifteen second rest in between each of these exercises.
• Once you have completed all ten exercises, you have completed one set.
• Take a two minute rest and repeat exactly the same process again. If you
can’t hold the exercises for as long as you did in the first set, this is a good
thing.
• Keep going until you reach failure. I can manage just under three sets.
• Make sure you switch the order around every time you do the circuit.

part 2 How to get the best result



By mixing these exercises within your already
existing workout you will get your heart rate
beating faster. This is exactly what you need to do
to achieve the process of burning belly fat. To
keep up your heart rate during your workout you
shouldn’t have long rests between exercises. If
you do that, your heart rate is being allowed to
slow down. Shorter rest periods are much better
for getting a six pack. So don’t wait around after
you’ve worked your arms, shoulders etc. Get on
the floor and work your abs.
You should do every exercise until failure. Wether
this be your arms, back, chest, legs, shoulders or
abs, the same rule applies. Pushing until failure
combined with mixing abdominal exercises into
your workout play a huge part in getting a six
pack and increasing your heart rate.
Try and shock your body when mixing these
exercises into your workout. Choose maybe five or
six of the exercises from the guide, and change it
around with every workout. Or if your doing these
exercises alone, just change the order. Don’t allow
your abdominal muscles to get into a routine.

wouldn’t even dare to think about climbing. But why? Probably
because for most people it’s something they’ve never been able to
achieve.
I believe knowledge is power, and with this guide i really like to think
that is what you get. I reveal everything i’ve learned about getting a six
pack, which comes from years of experience in the gym and having
been lucky enough to work with one of the worlds top
athletes.
Genetically, every human being is made with abdominal muscles. They’re
vital to our bodies as they connect the ribs to the pelvis. So If you think
you don’t have a six pack, you’re wrong. It’s just hidden, and i’m going to
help you find it.
